Intelligent Loans aims to take this hassle away from financial intermediaries by offering a wide range of mortgage products through mainstream lenders whilst paying generous procuration fees to the intermediary.
The compliance requirements for directly authorised firms and costs associated with being a member of a network has resulted in a number of introducers de-authorising. We are happy to offer a mortgage packaging service to you to enable you to continue servicing your client bank.
For clients with past or present credit problems, or unconventional circumstances, we have available an entire range of competitively priced products with fair, transparent terms.
We deal with all types of financial intermediaries.
The main reason that intermediaries send enquiries to us:
- The intermediary is no longer directly authorised.
- The intermediary is no longer a member of a network due to increased costs.
- The intermediary prefers to concentrate on their core business of protection or pension advice.
- The intermediary does not have the capacity to deal with ever increasing compliance.
Commission terms
We pay 50% of the procuration fee received from the mortgage lender plus 50% of any broker fee charged.
